I am the 2nd owner as the first ownerv was Oregon University. I lived in it Full/Time for 7 months. I drove it from Lakeside, OR to Kingman, AZ (Oct 31, 23-Nov 2, 23).
I’ve owned it for a year.
Tires and wheels +brakes are 1 year old. I added plumbing for “RV” use. The “bathroom” area is 2ft x 3ft. The bed is 2ft x 6.5ft.
I had issue getting water from the “fresh” tank to the fixtures. The back is a 2×4, insulated 2 piece panel. It’s removable.
A reasonable offer may be accepted.
